Project description: The project included the design development of a terrace of three houses in Cork City.

Scope: ServStream’s scope on the project was as follows:

• Initial design development
• Preparation of architectural drawings
• Preparation of planning application drawings and documentation
• Liaising with the local authority including requests for further information
