IE2B Expansion

Client: Radley Engineering / Eli Lilly

Project description: The IE2b project is an extension to an existing manufacturing building including production and plant accommodation over 3 floors, intermediate mezzanine levels and platforms. The project was completed in 2 phases over a 3 year construction period.

Scope: Servstream provided Engineering Design & Management services to the mechanical contractor including

• Design development of pipe racks & off site modules.
• Mechanical installation support drawings
• Temporary works designs
• Secondary steel bracket design
• Management of steel subcontractors
• Construction management of mechanical systems
• Preparation of handover documentation
