Detached Dwelling - Cork City

Project description: Project consisted of the design and construction of a detached 3 storey dwelling located in Cork city.  

Scope: ServStream’s scope on the project was as follows:

• Initial design development for the site.
• Preparation of planning application including required drawings, documentation, site and newspaper notices.
• Liaising with local authority on requests for further information and close out planning conditions.
• Preparation of architectural drawings.
• Supervision of percolation tests for soakaway design.
• Construction management and onsite supervision of contractors.
• Quality controls of all works completed onsite.
